It's about Hindu marriage, maintenance case ki 1st hearing में ना जाने पर x पार्टी order दिया गया ओर दूसरी हियरिंग में रीजन दिया जाने पर,ऑपोजिट पार्टी के एडवोकेट द्वारा उसे नकार दिया गया, और next date de di गई, ab kya karna chahiy aage

There is no ex parte order on first date, it is ex parte proceeding jo ki recall ho sakti hai by appearing in person and providing sufficient ground. Though the other party has objected on the grounds, but the order will be passed by the judge on the same. In general practice usually the judge allow the submission.
