About visiting rights of both parents

My domestic violence case is pending since 3 years.Husband is not visiting and not taking care of baby.Can I take any legal action so that he can visit baby?nHe neither wants to meet baby nor he cares for her.nBut my baby continuously asks me where is my papa.A child must get affection of both parents,so what can be done in this scenario?

Dear Queriest if he is not visiting you and your baby then you should go and give custody of your baby to your husband for few days so that he should also know the importance of the baby and also the baby will spend some time with his father. for more information about the same kindly call me
