About the acceptability of call recording in court

How much old call recordings can be accepted as evidence in the court ? Is voice identification in forensic lab necessary for acceptability of call recording in the court ?

voice recordings are an admissible proof. however the standard of its acceptability is very high. it has to be produced before the court in a manner acceptable to the court as laid down in the evidence act. for this it's best if you approach a lawyer who can advise you further on it.

Yes call recording comes under electronic evidences n very much accepted in courts ….voice identification is not necessary until you object the same in the court …however u haven’t mentioned the facts about your case ..b in touch
