Myself and my wife both are government employee. I want to take divorce to my wife but she is not agree.

Both men and women can apply for divorce on the following grounds: Mutual Consent Cruelty Adultery Desertion  Conversion Mental disorder Communicable disease Renunciation of the world When the spouse is presumed dead

hello sir according to your query you can file a divorce petition and nearest family court and according to you can file section 13 a application according to Hindu marriage act 1955 for the more query please contact me immediately definitely I will help you
