hi my name is suresh from kanchipuramni have a doubt about alimonynfirst raise divorce from my wife side meansnit is possible to give alimony or we will debate for that?

Suresh Read sec 125 Crpc Your doubts will be solved There’s nothing to debate on it Everything in law is arithmetic and logical However if u intend to give divorce Filing an alimony case against you is an uninvited guest of yours
