A married women cheated by saying she was single

I got cheated by a women she talked me as she was single and we have gone so far all in distance relationship and after that i got to know she was married but still she said she wants me and i agreed for that and now she was not saying yes or no is there any legal thing to take action that i had gone for mental torture for all these

Are u married with her. Under the Hindu Marriage Act, Section 13(1)(i) makes adultery a ground for divorce. The Husband can file a petition before the District Court for a decree of divorce. Under the Special Marriage Act, Section 27(1)(a) is a ground for divorce based on adultery.
