8 months pregnant husband forcing to take divorce what can I do

I am governed by muslim law. I am 8 months pregnant and my husband is having an extra marital affair. He is forcing me to take divorce. What are my rights? What action can i take against him?

1) You either fight legally through lawyer for his extra marital affair and can send him and her to jail (you must have proof)
2) file a case for domestic violence and maintenance too.
3) you can approach to "women protection cell" for immediate action at nearby police station.

Firstly you must institute a Domestic Violence suit against him for the mental harassment and cruelty caused upon you.
Secondly DO NOT CONSENT for the divorce. Any force caused must immediately be reported to the nearest police station. preserve the copy of the FIR
Thirdly you may institute a suit for an Adultery. before this you must have clear, full proof evidence to prove your case of adultery.
There is a provision under Shariyat Law to institute a suit for divorce is she wishes to do so.
I also need to know whether you are still staying with your husband or not. The advice will further materialize.
