Hi,
My wife filled 498A case on me on 23/12/2024 in Hyderabad and i need to travel US on 09/01/2025
I got the notices from CI from police station on 25/12/2025
1. Will the immigration stop me at the airport and dont allow me to travel to US?
hi unless there is an lookout circular permitting you to travel abroad then you could travel abroad and you could also file quash petition to quash the FIR after going through its allegations and that you could proceed accordingly
