Dear Sir, You can approach the Hon’ble Supreme Court with a transfer Petition seeking the transfer of your case. The Hon’ble Supreme Court will look into the merits of the Case and grant you relief. However, it would not be advisable to levy any allegations on the judicial officer.

The judge must be addressed by an advocate. No magistrate can pass any adverse order without listening to the counsel of the particular case. And as far as the transfer of the case is concerned it can be done by moving an application before the district and session court of that particular court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You should put your facts before the court in form of written statement and arguments of the case through appearing with your counsel. You have to engage a counsel who will fight your case accordingly. You are free to call me for takr consultation for your case and held a meeting after appointment with me.
