125 CRPC case Judge Family Court
24-Sep-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My wife filed a 125 CRPC in family court, I couldn't filnd a lawyer and appeared myself on first hearing, but the judge without listening to anything fined me for 5 thousand rupees. She is not a good judge, I got to know. I want to get my case transferred to a different court, how to do that please tell me, She is not ready to listen even after appeal. What is the procedure of transference?
The judge must be addressed by an advocate. No magistrate can pass any adverse order without listening to the counsel of the particular case. And as far as the transfer of the case is concerned it can be done by moving an application before the district and session court of that particular court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
You should put your facts before the court in form of written statement and arguments of the case through appearing with your counsel. You have to engage a counsel who will fight your case accordingly. You are free to call me for takr consultation for your case and held a meeting after appointment with me.
