1). Fake 498a/506/114/34 on me and 3 family members on Sept 2022, now Chargesheet filed on only me and remaining 3 names removed on Feb 2023. 2). But Chargesheet not yet submitted to court, any reason why they are delaying? 3) Can family members file Civil suit on Wife as names removed in Chargheseet? 4) Wife's Brother[my Brother-in-Law] ready to give his statement favoring me, can his statements help in Quashing Chargesheet? 5) How much time does it take to get Divorce based on chargesheet or better to go for Quash? 6) If it takes time, What cases can I put on her so that she will come for Mutual Divorce?

1. Family members can file Defamation case against wife 2. family members can also file criminal case under section 182 IPC for giving false information to police officer. 3. Chargesheet will be submitted to court at the instance of I/O. The court can however direct the I/O to file it 4. How effective is BIL testimony depends on its relevancy to charges against you 5. You can file application under section 340 crpc for giving and fabricating false evidence against you.

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship you can always file for divorce against her. I would suggest you to go for mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
