Loan agreement in law of india

Sir, I am a businessman and borrow the same Sometimes small traders do not pay the same amount. Please tell me if there is any agreement in India for the same lending Thank you

Dear Sir.. As per your question it seems that you want to execute a lending agreement between you and the borrowers.. If is it so please contact us with whole facts to proceed further.. Also please tell us your principal place of business.

Money for recovery of suit as per CPC, whereas if some is not giving your money against the goods sold you can always issue them a legal notice through an advocate. Feel free to contact for any legal query. Thanks
