Brought sex toy online held by custom asking to pay fine

Hello.. My item has been stood up in customs india..its a sex toy.. They are telling me to pay some fine (i don't know how much ) and come and talk to them. What is this? How much fine? What is happening? Will there be a case on me? Note : its a toy that helps in mastubation, its not a sex toy.
Generally when the goods the are taken by the customs a detention report is always furnished to the person whos goods are being seized.
For recovery of goods we have to request formally to the adjudicating authorities of the airport for the release of goods.
