wrong cases and illegal detention by police on false complaint

my live in partner and i had differences and she threw me out of my house we have 2 childrens but as my divorce is pending from previous wife i cannot marry her till i get divorce. after throwing me out of house she filed more than 7 police complaints using mens against me by making them friends as her only pupose is to create havoc and fullfill her venegance. ultimately she has filed domestic violence/rape case in police which will be quashed in court so what actions i can take against her
