Got a mobile number from adult site approached that more than thrice when she took the phoned shouted on me. Felt guilty about this and ashamed worrying whether this will turn into FIR

Nothing will happen since it has happened innocently without any intention. You may keep silent about the issue and if anything happen in future like registering FIR etc then you can immediately get an anticipatory bail approach High Court for quashing.
