wrong application of fir on me without any proof

1. *Non-payment of rent*: The accused has not paid rent for the last 5 years, despite repeated requests and reminders.
2. *Misrepresentation and cheating*: The accused has been telling lies that he will pay for the last 4 years, which is a clear case of misrepresentation and cheating.
3. *False cases*: The accused has filed wrong cases against me, which is an attempt to harass and defame me.
now police is saying to return the their house appliance and make FIR agaisnt them that they had not paid
As per bihar rent controller act you have certain right, also file criminal and civil case against opposite party, if you have rent agreement then both party has right acording to agreement, if you brief me then only I can suggest you accordingly
