Withdrawal case where 376 section in the charges heat.

Complainant want to withdrawal the case.how she can withdrawal????there are no medical test, no evidence.Police charge huge amount. She can't pay..so police input 376 charges in the charge sheet. How she can withdrawal the case? Please help

Hello, If the complainant is not willing then the case can be withdrawn after taking her statement. The same can be done from the District Court only. You don't need the help of the police to withdraw the matter, so no point paying them.
