will there be problem in govt. job if criminal record but compounded

a case was filled against the secretary of a club under 135 electricity act 2003. the club cleares all the charges along with case compounded charge. the special court discharge the secretary from the case. now if the secretary get govt. job and to fill up the police verification roll should he mention the case as that was not against him personally. whether govt. deny him the job on ground of the such criminal record. please reply. there was no arrest. no detaintion.

If the person has been discharged or acquitted from a certain case then he is not an accused and is a free man like and normal person and has all the rights like any other person. When there are no charges framed then he is eligible to apply for a job and can write no criminal case in the police verification column
