Will an existing FIR affect the job after his joining

Hi, Looking for help on important issue.One of my relative got arrested in college for a student issue and got FIR against 10 students.Now judgement is not yet came, the question is the person eligible for writing govt.exam , incase if he got cleared in the exam will be FIR be problematic for his job or after joining based on judgement if the case came against him he will lose the job.Looking for answer for the question which will really help for the student. Also how to overcome from this , opposite party student is not ready to withdraw the case, in thid case how to overcome this issue. Also what is mean by quash FIR?

Yes, of-course the pending fir will affect the future by many ways. he is not eligible to write examination, i.e. he cant get job too. further quash is nothing but overcoming fir without further proceedings in the actual court. if the fir quashed then he will eligible to write exam. i advice you to get withdrawn by anyway.
