Wife threatening to file a dowry case even though living separately

I am married under special marriage act in 2012.this is a love marriage.after some time our relationship has gone into bitter phase .and I stopped having any contact with her.she never stay with me in my house.we stay for some month in her relative house (aunty,she is not married).but now she is threatening me for filling dowry,DV case only against me that I have tortured her and fled away with money.i stay in kolkata.what is current scenario of this Case . how to save me

When you have not stay with her then how to establish Domestic Violence Act, 2nd thing during the married or after married have you received any articles, money or others then she may be filed dowry case if not then immediate contact any Lawyer for better steps.
