Wife seeking higher maintenance amount against HC order

Hi.in dv act session court order me 24000pm to my wife.wife filed crpc128 to recover 8 4lacs.then HC order me to pay18000pm by partially keep aside order of session court.as per HC order 4 lac recovery on me now.My wife not filed new 128 on hc order. She asking remaining amt.on same 128 case..Is that right by eyes of law or she need to file new crpc128????? Hindu laws
