Wife not attending proceedings of false DV case

sir, I was married 15th Dec 2010,but my wife living in our house and give false 498a,dowry case but she is not attending the court for long time.Pl suggest me what is the legal necessary actions should be taken?

You may file case under section 482 cr.p.c before high court for quashing of entire proceeding of the case and sometimes it also depends upon a stage of the case and there are different remedies available including issuance of bailable warrant and non bailable warrant against the witnesses.
