Mere wife ne 377 mujhpe lagaya aur uske gao mein 125 ayr reinstitution bhi lagaya tha ab settlement hua hai mediation mein aur divorse bhi ho gaya hai jisme humne 4 lac court mein jama karaye haiu usne 377 mein evidence mein fir mein jo bayan diya wahi repeat kiya aur case aage nahi chalana hai mediation mein aisa decide hua hai ki use paise savb case nil hone ke bad hi milenge 377 mein aquittal milne wala hai mera prashn hai ki kya hume quashing ke liye jana jaruri hai.chargesheet file ho juki hai agar quashing ke liye nahi gaye tob kya problems ho sakti hai.mai hindu hu.woh quashing ke lite aayegi nahi kya bina useke quashing ho sakti hai.
