Wife died unnatural death her parents filed a case under sec 498A

Hi,my marriage life 2 years, during the period we lived 1.5 years sapereltly, my spouse passed away due to natural death, her father has filed 498a against me and my mothe, now we are on settlement basis, and accordingly I filed quashing petition in HC, but concerned is that they are not come to appear in HC while hearing. Can u please help us to find a better way to relief.
U have already taken the necessary measures. The other party's consent is a must in compromise. Try to bring them to court by all efforts. That's the easiest way out. Take your counsel's advice ad it seems you already have one.
