Wife says to her rent house owner that her hasband has illicit relationship with his brother' s wife( sister in law) out of which he has a child ,Husband has house owner voice recording of information. What legal actions can be taken on her.what legal remedies can avail? How

Under the Hindu Marriage Act or relevant personal laws making such baseless and scandalous allegations specifically accusing a spouse of incestuous adultery amounts to Mental Cruelty. ​This can be a strong ground for seeking a Judicial Separation or a Divorce under Section of the Hindu Marriage Act
