My aunt went to ATM and asked unknown person standing before ATM to withdraw the amount. The unknown person tried inserting card and after while informed my aunt that there was no balance. However the amount was debited from her account. After registering complaint with bank, we got to know after 2months that the unknown person took away the amount which was recorded in CCTV. nWhich sections of IPC are applicable?
Dear Sir,
It is a cyber offence and attracts various provisions of information technology act and also some of the IPC sections. You may immediately lodge complaint with cyber police and contact ACP or DCP for arresting such person as his face is available in CCTV footage.
