Which evidences must be produce to prove innocence in IPC 306 case

How to collect evidences for false 306 case as my brothers wife commited suicide on 02/09/2017 withiin 7 yrs of marriage(4 yrs completed). chargeshhet is framed in nov 2017. i have applied for quashing in bombay hc.all allegation made in chargesheet is false.i have all evidences for mine,brother and mother but i wanted to know how to collect evidence for false allegation made as we wanted money from their side.we always scold her and bite her. What shall we do?
In the prosecution of criminal case, it is the duty of prosecution to prove the allegation made against you, if they failed to prove you will be acquitted from the charges levelled against you. You can give your defence evidence to prove your side.
