Would like to know the applicability of mobile voice recordings as admissible evidence.

Yes, voice conversation recording is admissible as an evidence in the court of law as per sec. 65 (a) and Sec. 65 (b) of the Indian Evidence Act.

It is admissible provided it complies with the provisions of section 65B of the evidence act and it is essential that it is accompnied by a certificate signed by a person occupying a responsible official position in relation to the operation of the relevant device on which such recording was recorded.
