Whether judgement can pass without cross examine?

sir / madam i want to know whether judgement cann pass without cross examine . is there any expection cases where judgement pass without cross examine
Yes there are certain conditions where a Judicial officer can pass final judgment without cross examine of witness.
In civil cases.
â–ªIf the opportunity of cross examination of defendant closed by Ld. Presiding officer due to non appearance.
â–ªIf the matter is ex-parte
â–ªwhere defendant admit the material fact of the case not need to be evidence.
☆ In Criminal cases
â–ªAt the time of framing of charges where accused declare free from charges.
â–ªwhere accused confess his crime.
