Where in the society bye-laws it is mentioned that committee

Where in the society bye-laws it is mentioned that committee members can make it mandatory after passing a resolution through majority to make religious and cultural funds mandatory in the maintenance bill, please can you guide , society office manager's has sent me the bye-laws but I don't understand where to check the same. there is no such a provision for the religious purpose contribution model society bylaws is society the rule collect the receipt with the paid amount you can file petition regarding that and you can give the compensation in for that you need to contact us
