When framing of charges in 2016 rape case........

Need to know when charges will be framed in a 2016 rape case. Charge sheet filed 3 yrs ago. Accused om bail. What can be done to get the charges frases soon?
if the accused is on bail, there seems to be no urgency in the matter as the courts have hundreds of matters with under trial prisoners. however, you can make an application to the court and convince the court to frame charges immediately as the matter is already 3 years old. see thqt you are present on every date and keep requesting the court on each date to frame charges.

you will have to check as to whether the accused is appearing in the court on the dates. many times due to non appearance of the accused, the trials get delayed.
you can file an application before the honorable High Court to expedite the trial.
usually due to large pendency, trials don't begin within a time frame in which they should.
