When does a court issue warrant or summon

I have filed a private complaint under CrPC 200 and sections are IPC 420, 463, 470, 471, 474 w/r34 I have given sworn statement and amended complain was also submitted.... now the case in orders stage... In the amandment complaint only the adresses, contact mobile numbers where added when Judge quessioned us, before filing amanded complaint, we file a memo giving the names, adresses and mobile nos of 7 accused persons. No change in the complaint filed before. will it be sumons or warrant to accused?

At the first instance, the court will issues a summons. In case the accused does not respond to the summons, the court may issue a non bailable warrant to compel the presence of the accused before the court.

Hi...after order only u will get to know u r compainant has accepted or not. if u r complainant has accepted then only judge will send summons or warrant pertains to section which your insertated

I didn't get your question for what your advocate filed amendment application and why it was amended and what was it filed earlier. Once the PCR is considered by the judge then the the next stage is to issue notice. What names are you talking in which amendment application whether PCR is registered. Be clear
