What will be the punishment if section 376 will be wrong proof, ?
Although there is specific provision regarding punishment in cases of failure to prove 376 of IPC.
However you can file defamation case against the complainant for defaming your image in the society and can claim compensation against for wasting your precious time behind bars during trial.
