Iam in relation with my bf since 5yrs and now he is saying I won't marry you I gave promise to my mom and you are over weight, less height, less caste, he was talking vulgarly with me and he is cheating another girl also now I went to her and revealed the matter now with me there is only msgs and his voice recordings there is no another proof else now I want to marry him only because I got 3,4 tmes pregnancy because of him only at that time time also i was harassed by him that not caused by him what should I do now there no helpers to me

If you have documentary proofs evidencing you having had a relationship with your boyfriend and he has cheated you, approach the police station where you are living and file a complaint against your boyfriend and insist the police on registering FIR. The police will register FIR and book your boyfriend under Section 420,406, 417 and other relevant sections of IPC and arrest him. After the police completes their investigation and when the case goes to trial court, you can win the case with the help of the prosecution.
