What to do if the police finds a valid complaint false

Police do proceeding of 107/ 151 one sided against us. On this we in writing requested to SSP to inquiry this incident and the inquiry is done on the orders of Senior Superintendent of Police and found no guilty then what is the value of this inquiry in the court . After the above said inquiry the respondent filled a private compliant against us in the Hon'ble Court on the merit of police did not consider the complaint and not act according to compliant. Is this private complaint/ case is valid if police found no guilty in the complaint and further one sided 107/151 proceedings are running and without deciding the order of 107/151 this private complaint is filled and on this compliant, Police already consider the matter and found no guilt but found complaint irrelevant and false. Is this private complaint is valid in the court or not ? The inquiry done on the orders of SSP has value or not? please give your precious advice. Every word you say/write like Gold to me.
