A person made an attempt to kill me. by blowing horn (cars,bike)during nights, and day.my room is at the corner of the road.i used to stay by paying rent for that person .i was suffering from severe chest pain since 3 yrs.iam unable to do any kind of physical activity, due to such circumstances.help me...
well the acts which you are uttering will comes under nuisance and that you can lodge police complaint by recording the act of the person committing nuisance and then you can get to the nearest police station for report
