mere friend ne mujhse july 2018 me 30000 rupees kuch time me wapas krne ka wada krke lia tha but paisa lene ke kuch time(aut2018) bad wo apna ghar chhod kar chala gaya or jab aaya to pahle dene me hila hawali karta raha .kafi kahne ke bad usne mujhe kisi dusre se 2 cheque dilwaya but cheque bounce ho gyi or jab use ye baat bola to usne paise dene se mana kar dia suicide ke liye uksane wale aur jaan se marne ki dhamki bhare message bheje
ap ke cheque bounce hue kitne din ho gaye h ye bataye pahle ap uske khilaf fraud ka case section 420 m kar sakte h agar cheque bounce ki date nahi nikali h to n.i act ka case kar sakte h uske khilaf dhamki dene ka bhi case ho jayega agar apke pas koi audio recording ya kch or h to apke paise jarur milenge
