What to do if i am falsely accused in a POSCH case

Hello sir, I am a law student. What can we do after bail from HC in case of false accusations under posco act. We have all evidences like age proof (major girl) and CDR copy locations are different on that day. we also have girl statement she admit that she make false accusation (statement record by police). Police sumbited FR in 2014 . After this they filled case in 2016 by the court. Now we are going to sumbit discharge application in the session court if court dismisse than what can we do ?? Thanks
Did police file charge sheet or Magistrate treated it as a complaint case.
Without civil court file no one can recommend anything.
You should have moved to High Court under 482 jurisdiction.
If you are going for discharge then it will be rejected, as happens usually.
After discharge you can challenge the rejection in HC, in revision.
Revision scope is very small whereas 482 scope is too vast.
You got wrong advice of going for discharge, as I can make out from your query.
No doubt you are a law student but let expert, who is practicing law apply mind.
Better find someone better with value and knowledge.
For getting a better lawyer apply your brain.
