what to do if false case is registered for teasing inside house

This is regarding our neighbor. Our neighbor is a liar and troubles us in different ways. Had hit our child in absence and denied. spits water and denies. throws sanitary pads outside our house to ruin our reputation. We had taken a picture of the garbage thrown near our door and had also complained to apartment manager. when we complained to apartment guys they harassed us further by going to the police station and stating that we tease their daughters(by calling them black cats)inside our house. They installed a cctv and their daughters use their phones to record what we are speaking inside our house or near our main door when our door is open. our child plays with apartment cats and those words which we speak inside our house are for apartment cats (nicknames for cats like blacky, Kittu) are now being used by her to trouble us. what to do if they file a false case against us?How will we come to know about that. or if they file a false FIR to trouble us.
