A summons is a legal notice issued by the court requiring your presence. Once you receive a summons in a 498A matter, you are legally bound to appear before the court on the date mentioned. Non-appearance can lead to coercive steps such as issuance of a bailable or non-bailable warrant. You should attend the hearing on the given date, preferably with a lawyer, to mark your presence, apply for bail if needed, and obtain copies of the complaint and related documents. feel free to contact

If you have received Section 41A Notice of CRPC or Section 35 Notice of BNSS, then it is advisable to apply for Anticipatory Bail before the Sessions Court. Generally these time of notices are given prior to arrest.
