What to do a warrant has been issued against me

sir.. because of my serious illness i couldn't attend 3 dates in jmfc court.. let u know more.. that i m 2nd accused .. the 1st accused is presently in jail.. sir.. plzz guide me that is i attend the next date and appeal tha magistrate to cancel the warrant legally .. thnn will the magistrate cancel it.? or will he can snd me to the jail..?? the sec. are 411,413,34 of ipc.. plzz guide me sir

Don’t take tension just to the court on date or before if You go before your date just taken on the matter on that date tell to your Advocate he will explain to the every thing to the judge and also take your medicine prescription or if your were admitted in the hospital the. Take discharge card

the only remedy available for you is to cancel the warrant by making an application before the court either before the date or on the fixed date - and the court will cancel the warrant - he wont send you to jail nothing to worry about but support your application by a doctors certificate for that date when you couldn't appear before the court

Sec 411 - Dishonestly receiving stolen property.—Whoever dishonestly receives or retains any stolen property, knowing or having reason to believe the same to be stolen property, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

413. Habitually dealing in stolen property.—Whoever habitually receives or deals in property which he knows or has reason to believe to be stolen property, shall be punished with 1[imprison­ment for life], or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
