A boy unintentionally collide with a girl, she filed a molestation case,what should be done? Which process should be taken?

first you should get your bail. either you can get an anticipatory or a regular bail. you should thereafter try to get the FIR quashed. if you fail in quashing then try to get discharged and if that fails then try to face trial and get acquittal. if FIR lodged first get bail from the appropreate court, thereafter you can apply for quashing of the fir before appropreate court which is High Court. Everything depends upon the nature of the complaint.
