What legal action can be taken against someone abusing in public

My employee was in shop selling something. One men was asking for something he didn't hear that. After that the man abuse my employee. My employee put hand on his collar and the man also put on his collar. I have cctv camera in my shop but there is no sound in that. In camera it is seen that my employee put his collar first then he also done the same. The man complained to police about it. I want to ask that what ipc section can police charge on my employee. And what legal action my employee can take on that man
