What Is The Punishment That Will Be Given To A Hookah Smoker

There is a girl who is a hookah smoker and i have some proofs against her. These include some of her pictures with her friends where she is sitting and looking like she had hookah and her friends smoking hookah together in the hookah parlour. I also have some of her friend's photos who are smoking and videos too. I also have the proof that they are her friends. She also harrasses me as she always engourage a misunderstanding by putting wrong blames on me and finally motivating a fight. I also have a doubt that she uses black magic as she has herself accepted that her friends do black magic literally. So sir what are the charges that will be applied to her and how much punishment will be given to her.
1. Hookah parlour I.e. permitted smoking zone or not.
2. Prohibited drugs are used or not.
3. Therefore non permitted hookah parlour case are under narcotics department case on complaint made to local police.
4. Permitted smoking zone are not subject to actionable.
5. As per various laws in india intoxication for criminal activities is punishable as per respective laws in india.
6. Question of black magic and all seems rubbish because concept black magic is not provable- lack of evidence. There may be effect of psychotic drugs on a person which leads to such psychological or behaviourAl changes.
