 How to file the charge sheet in court . Please tell me the procedure.

This is suggestion only. The charge sheet has to be filed by investigation officer who concerned of the case u/s 173 cr.pc afer complete of investigation before the honble concerned court. then the honble court take on the file of the cognizance of case.And issue summons to the accused. Then process is going on.

Charge sheet is filed by police in case of summons/warrant case.
In a private complaint of criminal nature, all you need to do is file a complaint in court. Court will take cognizance of the case depending on the merits of the case and then issue summons to the accused.
