What is the procedure to get police report after anticipatory bail

Dear sir, My wife launch Fack FIR & complete 498A,504,34.on me & my mom-Dad. So I did Lawyer for bail after 2 hearing I got anticipation bail but yet police report not file. Mine lawyour asking more money to tell me that need to give money for police report? But I think police should answerable to court. If they are delaying police report ? Please guid me is that right or lawyer asking money is right ?
