what is the procedure to complaint for physical attack

If I am attacked by a gand of 6 people.they bang my door. Enter my house and start beating us with sticks , razor blade and rods. What should i do? What shld i tell to police
Go for FIR at your nearest police station
Go as early as possible otherwise it can be a problem .go to police station and tell what have happened police will write in detail and give u copy of the complaint
And tell for medical
