Kya 107/51 k case me bail k bad bhi peshi pr jana pdta h
107/51 is like distributing peace in public or abet mr government , you don’t need to go to court of SDM office until I get any summons …u might have filled a bond ….thanks n b in touch if u have any question

107 wale cases mein zyadatar magistrate ek bond executive karwa leta hai. It can be with or without sureties. And you have to attend the court only when you get a summons for the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

it is a nailable offense so even IO and/or Executive magistrate can release the accused on furnishings bail bond. if you contest the case then you and other accused persons shall have to appear on each date till case is finally disposed. you can get it disposed earlier also.
