what is the procedure after bail is approve from high court

do i need to deposite cash or transfer money to court for bail bond or do i need to create a FD with my bank and provide it to court ? nnif I have power of attorney for my property then is it suitable for bail bond ?
You need not deposit or transfer money in the court. It’s only that you need to create a FD or the RC of the vehicle or the property papers that are equivalent to the amount that are written in the order of the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You have to be ready with all the relevant documents to be mentioned in the bail bond concerning the surety. As soon as the court allows bail application one should be ready with the bail bond and submit it to court.

In bail cases generally you need to arrange for surety ! Surety of amount doesn’t mean you have to pay, it means u have to deposit likewise value of surety and it could be RC of vechicle, bank FD documents etc
