Suspension of sentence is a relief that is saught when our appeal after conviction is pending before any appellate court. When application for suspension of sentence is moved alongwith appeal than court can either decide the application on the basis of material made available or a notice can be issued to state to contest the same alongwith appeal, in such a situation "Notice regarding suspension of sentence as well" shall be used. So in brief it means notice has been issued to state to contest ( file reply and Argument) applicant's claim to the relief of suspension of sentence.
