What is the jurisdiction to file a case us 211 of IPC

A living in town TA files a false and frivolous FIR in town TA against B living in town TB. B wants to file a case under IPC 211 against A where he would file his case in town TA or TB? Please cite any judgements in support of your answer
As per Section 177 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 every offence that is committed in India shall be inquired and tried in the court in whose local limits the offence is committed. Therefore, in this particular situation as the FIR has been lodged in Town TA, the case can be filed by B in Town TA in whose local limits the case shall be investigated as per the FIR lodged.
